Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Principal Content Strategist to guide the Marketing team's content roadmap, shaping how we engage ecommerce brands and merchants worldwide.

You will own content strategy, editorial calendars, webinars, videos, and interactive assets, partnering with Product Marketing, Sales and Success to align with buyer journeys and revenue goals, while exploring AI tools to accelerate storytelling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in content marketing for a tech company or ecommerce/retail payments
• Strong editorial sense and storytelling ability
• Experience across video, webinars, written and interactive content
• Excellent research, communication and interviewing skills
• Ability to balance data-driven insights with creativity
• Familiarity with revenue marketing basics such as lead scoring and pipeline influence

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy to drive awareness and trust.
• Plan and produce content formats: video podcasts, webinars, interactive pieces.
• Own and manage editorial calendar aligned with distribution teams.
• Lead bi-weekly newsletters compiling content and customer stories.
• Interview SMEs and incorporate customer voices and data.
• Define content models and schemas for reusable content structures.
• Align content plans with product launches and buyer journeys.
• Measure content performance and iterate based on feedback.
