Global Payments is seeking a Strategy Manager to define growth, innovate, and deliver value for merchants worldwide. You’ll work with product leaders, business teams, and senior executives to translate insights into actionable strategic outcomes across a global organization.

In this role, you’ll shape priorities, influence investment decisions, and identify opportunities for new partnerships and products that strengthen market position. Collaboration, ownership, and impact are core to this role.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a strategy-focused role within a financial institution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience developing strategic recommendations and translating complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• A passion for innovation and a strong interest in payments, financial technology, and emerging products.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build credibility across a complex organization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage and collaborate with senior leaders.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.

• Shape merchant propositions across key segments, creating differentiated solutions that deliver greater value for clients and accelerate business performance.

• Influence Global Payments’ mergers and acquisitions strategy by identifying opportunities that expand capabilities, enter new markets, and create long-term value.
• Create compelling recommendations and executive-level materials that inform decision-making and guide strategic priorities with senior leaders and the Board.
