Job summary

Perci Health Ltd is recruiting a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build our platform used by patients and clinicians for cancer care. You will shape end-to-end delivery in a rapidly evolving healthcare tech environment, blending TypeScript/Node.js backend with React frontend, and collaborating with a small, senior team reporting to the CTO.

We value pragmatic, autonomous engineers who can design, verify, and ship with AI-assisted tooling while adhering to medical device regulations.

Qualifications

• Around 6+ years building software end to end, ideally in TypeScript, Node.js and React.
• Strong system design experience and production-grade distributed architectures.
• Excellent testing discipline and ability to identify failure modes.
• Experience using AI coding agents in production environments.
• Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in a small, senior team.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and ship features end to end from data model and API design through to frontend implementation.
• Design and build robust APIs in TypeScript and Node.js, published in OpenAPI format.
• Architect resilient distributed systems and integrate third‑party services with proper fault tolerance.
• Work with FHIR R4 resources and Medplum for clinical data handling.
• Contribute to frontend rewrite from Flutter to React and QA/DevOps involvement.
• Operate under regulatory requirements as a software medical device.
