Job summary

Hesta Health is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own and evolve the core platform as we iterate toward product-market fit. You will work with founders, product, and clinical teams to ship features, strengthen foundations for scalable care pathways, and integrate AI capabilities that improve clinical operations.

You will be a pragmatic builder who mentors others, owns the codebase, and helps move fast while maintaining reliability and trust in healthcare-focused software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-stack or equivalent roles in early-stage product teams.
• Experience shipping features across frontend, backend and infra.
• Strong understanding of data privacy and security in healthcare contexts.
• Experience with AI capabilities and integrating LLMs or agent workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build, own, and maintain the Hesta codebase.
• Own platform across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Translate clinical insights into production-ready code.
• Improve reliability, testing, and observability across systems.
• Collaborate with founders and clinicians to ship quickly and safely.
