Job summary

Recourse AI, a rapidly growing AI HealthTech startup with a Manchester HQ, is hiring a Full-Stack Software Engineer (mid-level). You will build features across a React frontend and Python backend, collaborating with product, design and sales teams to ship reliable, scalable software used by clinicians and field teams.

You will own requirements, design APIs, implement, test and monitor features, and contribute to platform infra and real-time voice AI systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years producing production apps with React/TypeScript and Django/Python.
• Strong focus on reliability and end-to-end robustness.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with non-technical teams.
• Solid CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, system design.
• Good judgment applying best practices when working with AI coding assistants.

Responsibilities

• Develop user-facing features across React frontend and Python backend.
• Refine requirements with product managers and designers, own features end-to-end.
• Design, implement, test, and monitor APIs and services.
• Contribute to platform infrastructure and real-time voice AI systems.
• Collaborate with product, design, eng, content, sales and CS teams.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and maintainability as the system scales.
