Job summary

Recourse AI is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to build and ship user-facing features across our React frontend and Python backend. Reporting to the CTO, you will drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and design teams to translate ideas into scalable solutions.

You will own platform initiatives from design to launch, focusing on reliability, performance and observability while delivering value for enterprise healthcare customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building and shipping production applications.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP.
• Ownership of complex features or systems from design through release and production support.

Responsibilities

• Own significant product and platform initiatives from discovery through launch and operation.
• Lead design/architecture of new services and platform capabilities.
• Build end-to-end solutions with emphasis on reliability, performance and maintainability.
• Mentor and support other engineers through reviews and guidance.
• Drive improvements to keep the platform scalable as the customer base grows.
