Healthtech-1 in London (Stratford) is seeking a product-minded full stack senior or staff software engineer who wants to move with extreme urgency and have complete autonomy. You'll help build and scale our product, working across teams and directly with our customers.

You are operating at a senior or lead level with 7+ years of experience, you own ambiguous problems end-to-end, and you’ve gained startup/scale-up exposure. You care about UX, performance, and delivering high-quality code.

• Startup/scale-up experience at an early stage is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ship and scale the product with autonomy across teams.
• Own engineering and product quality, architecture and decisions.
• Collaborate with clinicians and customers to shape the product.
• Identify and mitigate risks in distributed systems and production.
