Job summary

Faculty AI is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to anchor our Professional & Financial Services team. You will lead the development of platforms that visualise data science insights and bridge AI research with production-grade software.

You will own the full tech stack, drive architectural decisions, and mentor others to deliver scalable, high-performance systems that empower our clients to leverage machine learning. Remote-friendly with hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in TypeScript and frontend frameworks (React or Vue).
• Strong experience leading architecture of complex software projects.
• Proven track record deploying to cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with containers and IaC (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
• Excellent testing practices with Jest/Cypress.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of complex projects aligned with long-term needs.
• Create reliable frontend and backend systems delivering AI-powered insights.
• Guide engineers across Data Scientists and Product Managers.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence.
• Set engineering standards across the full stack.
• Provide deep technical support to customers translating business needs.
• Balance rapid prototyping with shipping large-scale products.
