Responsibilities / Duties:

• Telesales, identifying and prospecting new business leads
• Job costing and preparing quotes
• Overseeing and operating movement of cargo via Road, Air or Sea Freight
• Ensuring retention of business
• Providing first-class customer service
• Regularly liaising with customers, keeping them informed and handling questions or inquiries
