Senior Freight Account Manager / Business Development Manager (Air, Sea or Road)

20% of GP Commission Structure! + Salary up to £65,000 + Company Car + Remote Working

Package

An uncapped and incentivised bonus scheme paying up to 20% of GP, with a genuine annual OTE potential of upwards of £100,000+.

  • Uncapped commission structure: up to 20% of GP, paid monthly

Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Telesales, identifying and prospecting new business leads
  • Job costing and preparing quotes
  • Overseeing cargo movement via Road, Air, or Sea Freight
  • Ensuring business retention
  • Providing first-class customer service
  • Regular communication with customers, keeping them informed, and addressing questions or inquiries
