Job summary

EY seeks a Forward Deployed AI Developer (Senior Associate) to design and implement AI agents and automation tools. You will build LLM agents, integrate with Power Platform, and collaborate across teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

The role covers full delivery lifecycle from design to production, with a strong emphasis on AI governance and security. You will work across Azure and AWS cloud services, leveraging Graph, REST, SQL and SharePoint integrations while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an AI developer or similar role with a portfolio of projects.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
• Working knowledge of Git and version control.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
• Familiarity with Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
• Experience with Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing and SaaS, PaaS and IaaS.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and their AI services.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents and automation tools to solve complex problems and improve business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Build and orchestrate LLM agents, including prompt design, grounding and retrieval, and structured outputs.
• Test and evaluate agent behaviour with uncertainty and non-deterministic outputs.
• Develop Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse) and manage environments and lifecycles.
• Integrate AI tools with enterprise systems via APIs (Graph, REST, SQL, SharePoint).
• Develop cloud-native skills on Azure and AWS and leverage their AI services.
• Work through full delivery lifecycle from design to production, including support and triage of defects.
• Adhere to AI risk assessment, information security review, data loss prevention and licensing policies.
• Conduct data analysis to support AI development and evaluation.
• Stay up-to-date with AI advancements and apply them to projects.
• Document code and processes for maintainability and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
