- Significant experience in Category Management and commercial strategy.
- Strong analytical capability using market and performance data.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and initiatives.
- Degree-level qualification in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own Floorcare category strategy across GB&I.
- Lead annual and quarterly category planning processes.
- Drive category revenue, profit and market share targets.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Retail, Finance and Supply Chain.
- Influence senior leadership through data-driven storytelling.
