Responsibilities

• Define and own the Floorcare category strategy and growth plans.
• Lead commercial performance, revenue, profit and market share targets.
• Oversee product lifecycle planning and go-to-market launches.
• Analyse market and consumer insights to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Retail, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Drive category growth across direct and indirect channels.
