Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking an Associate or Associate Director Flood Risk and Water EIA consultant to lead a Bristol-based team and deliver technically complex water EIA and flood risk projects for major infrastructure clients.

You will work with the national Sustainable Water Management team, mentor three team members, manage project interfaces with clients, and support growth of the Bristol office while maintaining high health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant environmental, geographical, science or engineering discipline is essential.
• Chartered status with C.WEM, CEnv, CSci or CEng

Responsibilities

• Playing a leading role in project delivery, including managing the interface with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Managing the Bristol Team Lead role and supporting recruitment and growth of the Bristol office.
• Providing technical guidance, training and support to junior colleagues.
• Adopting cross-team collaboration across WSP’s Sustainable Water Management and Earth and Environment teams to develop opportunities.
