Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking an Associate or Associate Director to lead Water EIA and Flood Risk work from the Bristol office. The role involves supervising a team and delivering technically complex projects for national and international clients.

You will work with WSP’s Sustainable Water Management team, coordinating with other disciplines and supporting recruitment, growth, and capability development across the Bristol office.

Qualifications

• Degree in an environmental/geographical/science/engineering discipline is essential.
• Chartered status with one of C.WEM, CEnv, CSci or CEng is required.
• Experience leading Water EIA and Flood Risk deliverables for major infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery and manage interfaces with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop opportunities and proposals with colleagues across relevant teams.
• Direct projects to balance programme, budget and quality while maintaining health and safety standards.
• Act as Bristol Team Lead, supporting recruitment and growth of the office.
