A specialist interior fit out business have an immediate requirement for a Senior Project Manager to manage multiple interior fit‑out projects across the retail, hospitality and leisure sectors.

As Senior Project Manager you will have the following attributes :

• At least 5 years proven experience fitting out of retail, leisure and food sector projects ranging from £100,000 – £3,000,000

• Ability to build strong client and contractor relationships, ensuring client expectations are exceeded and contractors are equipped to succeed
• Work well under pressure, managing multiple projects concurrently
• Following organizational policies and procedures

• Comprehensive understanding of H&S requirements
• Computer literate – Microsoft Word, Excel & Project
• Programme control
• Positive proactive and problem‑solving attitude
• Cost control experience
• Copes well under pressure
