Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• Proven Financial Controller or senior finance leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong technical accounting, financial-control, and balance-sheet management capability.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end, quarterly and annual reporting process.
• Ensure robust financial controls, balance sheet integrity, and governance.
• Manage audits, statutory requirements, and compliance activities.
• Partner with operational and commercial leaders to provide financial insight and challenge.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital and financial risk management.
• Develop and mentor finance team members, driving a culture of accountability.
