Job summary

UK Staffing Group is recruiting an experienced Financial Controller in Manchester. The role is hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days from home) with broad leadership across the finance function and close ties to the business strategy.

You will manage financial reporting, planning and controls, while partnering with senior stakeholders to influence commercial decisions and drive improvements in processes and systems within a growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA and substantial senior finance experience.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial management.
• Experience managing reporting, budgets and forecasting.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own financial performance, reporting and planning.
• Provide clear financial information to guide decisions.
• Maintain robust financial controls and reporting obligations.
• Lead and support the existing finance team.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
• Support business decisions with commercial financial analysis.
