Venture Recruitment Partners is recruiting a seasoned Financial Controller for a Southampton-based, hybrid role. You will lead a sizeable finance function, drive robust financial controls, governance, and reporting, and coach managers to deliver high performance.

You will oversee month-end close, statutory reporting, audits, and support transformation initiatives while partnering with senior stakeholders to shape strategic financial decision-making.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with senior finance leadership experience.
• Track record leading sizeable finance functions through managers and indirect reports.
• Proven ability to develop high-performing teams and finance leaders.
• Strong financial control, reporting and governance experience.
• Experience managing audits, statutory reporting and compliance activities.
