Job summary

Believ, a leading Charge Point Operator, is seeking a Financial Controller to lead robust financial management and high-quality reporting. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will build scalable finance processes to support growth, manage external audits, and partner with finance teams across the business.

The role requires strong accounting expertise, governance experience, and the ability to drive automation within Oracle and related platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating as a Financial Controller or in a senior finance leadership role in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts and variance analysis.
• Improve management accounts, MI reporting and business dashboards.
• Maintain robust balance sheet controls, governance and internal controls.
• Coordinate statutory reporting and lead external audit.
• Optimize finance systems and drive automation and scalability in Oracle.
• Manage relationships with outsourced accounting teams (A/P, A/R, Tax).
• Oversee cash flow reporting, forecasting and working capital.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting with Finance Business Partners.
• Support capital investments with strong financial oversight.
• Lead ad hoc finance projects and initiatives as directed.
