Job summary

HOERBIGER UK is seeking a high-impact Field Service leader to plan and execute service projects across customer locations, developing a talented team of three direct reports while combining engineering know-how with strong leadership.

You will be the technical partner on-site and offshore, driving safety, quality, and customer outcomes, coordinating resources, and working with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, and Production to ensure successful service delivery.

Qualifications

Extensive maintenance experience with rotating equipment, ideally reciprocating compressors.
Proven people leadership in field service or industrial service environment.
Experience managing complex service projects and scheduling, with cost estimation and reporting.

Responsibilities

Plan and lead field service activities across customer locations, including offshore sites.
Own field service projects from planning through completion with timely execution and commercial success.
Act as a trusted technical partner for customers, resolving mechanical and process issues on-site.
Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement to meet HSE, QSHE, ISO standards and customer requirements.
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Production and partners to support quotations and performance contracts.
