Job summary

Epiroc is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our UK Service team. You will support customers across the North England region, maximizing equipment uptime and minimizing downtime while maintaining safety and productivity.

You will diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues at customer sites, provide commissioning support, and deliver preventative maintenance while building strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical fault-finding skills.
• Good diagnostic and problem-solving capability.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing Epiroc equipment.
• Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
• Supporting commissioning and equipment handovers.
• Delivering preventative maintenance activities.
• Completing service reports and technical documentation.
• Maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.
