You will set clear goals, mentor the team, manage stakeholder relationships, own scheduling escalations, and oversee field service budgets to meet targets.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, but not essential.
• Experience in power generation or oil & gas.
• Proven leadership, managing people in remote and hybrid positions.
• Strong analytical, process-improvement focus.
