Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to take end-to-end responsibility for a group of properties in line with health and safety, environmental and client requirements. The role includes managing budgets, ensuring high service standards, and coordinating contractors on site in Titchfield.

The successful candidate will have prior facilities management experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and a solid understanding of HSE regulation.

Qualifications

• Previous facilities management experience, including line management of personnel and contractors.
• Excellent customer service and strong interpersonal/communication skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental requirements; IOSH/NEBOSH qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor FM works onsite and liaise with service providers/sub-contractors.
• Ensure the fabric of the building both externally and internally is maintained and serviced to a high standard in accordance with the management contract and budgets.
• Be responsible for all the health and safety compliance onsite.
• Oversee third party contracts to ensure the correct standard of service as per contracts.
• Preparation, control and monitoring of service agreements within client budget.
• Regularly monitor KPIs and take remedial action to maintain standards.
• Compile and maintain required management information/records.
• Develop and maintain tenant relationships with high service levels.
• Proactively manage risk and deal with insurance issues on site.
• Liaise with building manager and procurement to compile external contracts.
