IWFM is seeking a Facilities Manager to own service delivery across a designated area, acting as the main contact for customers, site stakeholders and operations teams. You will drive safe, efficient facility services, with strong focus on RAMS, permits, and compliance.

You will lead reactive/planned maintenance, manage contractors, support project works and uphold high safety standards within a complex, regulated estate. Strong CAFM usage is expected.

Qualificações

• Oversee reactive repairs and planned maintenance.
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance activities.
• Lead contractor and supply chain performance.
• Maintain RAMS and permit-to-work processes.
• Safely manage Health & Safety and Safe Systems of Work.
• Manage CAFM records and asset information.
• Understand asbestos, legionella and fire safety management.
• Provide guidance on RAMS and permits before works start.
• Demonstrate strong customer and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate multiple work streams and priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead minor projects and additional works.

• Monitor service performance against KPIs.

• Develop stakeholder relationships to drive improvements.
