Job summary

IWFM is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, compliance, and operational efficiency of its Theale site. The role requires leadership of building services, contractor management, health & safety compliance, and FM projects to support safe, efficient operations and growth.

You will lead budgets, manage stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring a high-performing workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a facilities or estate management role.
• Strong knowledge of FM principles, maintenance, and compliance.
• Experience managing contractors and external service providers.
• Good understanding of health and safety legislation and risk management.
• Experience budgeting and controlling facilities costs.
