Job summary

Principal People Recruitment seeks a Facilities and Compliance Manager to lead office compliance and FM across the national portfolio. You will drive service performance, manage contractors, and oversee maintenance programs while reporting to the SHEQ Leadership and Board.

The role requires IWFM qualification or equivalent, strong FM experience in commercial offices, and excellent stakeholder management. A car allowance and mileage contribution are provided within a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management in commercial offices.
• Strong contractor and supplier management experience.
• Ability to manage SLAs and KPIs and drive service performance.
• Experience overseeing multiple sites and geographically dispersed locations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with legislation, standards and management systems (fire safety, water hygiene, asbestos, gas).
• Oversee FM and M&E contractors.
• Manage planned and reactive maintenance programmes.
• Drive service performance through KPIs and SLAs.
• Support sustainability, business continuity and workplace improvement initiatives.
• Provide reporting to SHEQ Leadership and Board.
• Regular compliance inspections and site visits.
