Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking an experienced Facilities Management professional in Winnersh to lead day-to-day FM operations, coordinate budgets, and ensure high performance against KPIs and SLAs.

You will manage hard/soft FM services, lead teams and suppliers, and ensure Health & Safety compliance across the site, while delivering excellent client satisfaction and value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar Facilities Management role with client, supplier, and team management.
• Strong knowledge of Health, Safety, Environmental, and compliance best practices.
• Experience managing contractors, suppliers, service delivery, and performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with the client and act as the primary FM contact.
• Manage laboratory environments and coordinate with Lab Management team.
• Lead and support teams, suppliers, and contractors to deliver FM services.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, Security, and legislative requirements, including audits and incident reporting.
• Drive operational excellence through performance management and continuous improvement.
• Manage FM operations including CMMS/work order systems, service requests, and supplier performance.
• Prepare and manage FM, Extra Works, and Project budgets with Finance for accurate billing.
• Provide reporting and management information to CBRE and client stakeholders.
• Maintain supplier relationships to ensure service delivery of maintenance and projects.
• Coordinate business management and auditable records across locations.
