Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting a Regional Facilities Manager based in the South, near Slough, to oversee a multi-site portfolio across the UK. The role requires strong client relationship skills, cost management, and leadership of a technical and operational facilities team.

You will drive governance, safety, and compliance while managing supplier contracts and annual renewals, with regular travel across the estate to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience managing facilities across multiple locations.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Good awareness of cost control and financial governance.
• Experience managing suppliers and contract renewals.
• Strong understanding of health, safety and facilities compliance.
• Proven leadership of technical and operational teams.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed portfolios.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the UK portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships across locations and maintain clear communications.
• Control costs and support financial governance and risk management.
• Lead supplier contract renewals and negotiate costs to improve value.
• Support Site Supervisor and Facilities Coordinator with operations and contractors.
• Ensure health, safety and compliance across all sites and supply chain.
• Provide leadership to regional facilities team and define clear responsibilities.
