Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Facilities Manager, Building Manager, Estates Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of facilities management principles, building maintenance, and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing contractors and external service providers.
• Excellent knowledge of health & safety legislation and risk management.
• Experience managing facilities budgets and controlling costs.

Facilities Manager

This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all building services, infrastructure, contractor management, health & safety compliance, and facilities–related projects.
