Job summary

TSP Talent Solutions is seeking a senior commercial leader to drive strategic growth across Europe, accelerating expansion in GLP-1 related CDMO services. The role focuses on identifying, pursuing, and securing new business while deepening relationships with existing pharma clients, with responsibility spanning Europe and international markets.

A remotely based senior role requires travel readiness and confidentiality.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences is required.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the European business development strategy to achieve annual revenue and growth objectives.
Increase market share in GLP-1 manufacturing markets with global leadership.
Win new business and manage relationships with medium to large pharma.
Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients within European territory and beyond.
Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through contract execution.
Expand and deepen relationships with strategic accounts.
Partner closely with technical, project management, operations, and executives to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.
Support proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations.
Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting within CRM systems.
Generate pipeline analysis and sales performance reporting.
Represent the organisation at industry conferences, trade events, and client meetings.
