Job summary
TSP Talent Solutions, a Syneos Health company, seeks a senior commercial leader to drive strategic growth across Europe from a remote base. This is the most senior role in Europe within the established Business Development team, focusing on winning new business with mid-to-large pharma in the GLP-1 space.
The role reports to executive leadership and requires hands-on deal-making, strong relationships with biotech and pharma clients, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally as
Qualifications
- Experience in business development within CDMO, peptide, oligonucleotide, or pharmaceutical services sectors.
- Network/track record in European GLP-1 peptide sales.
- Proven ability to close complex, high-value technical service agreements.
- Fluency in one or more European languages is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the European business development strategy to achieve revenue growth.
- Collaborate with global leadership to grow market share in GLP-1 manufacturing markets.
- Win new business and manage relationships with medium to large pharma.
- Identify and engage prospective clients within European territory and other markets.
- Manage full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract execution.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and client meetings.
