Zusammenfassung

TSP Talent Solutions, on behalf of our client, seeks a senior commercial leader to drive growth in European markets within the CDMO sector. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, winning new business with mid-to-large pharma, and strengthening existing client relationships across biotech and pharma sectors.

Reporting to executive leadership, the role requires hands-on experience in BD for GLP-1 programs and the ability to travel internationally.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in business development within CDMO, peptide, oligonucleotide, or pharmaceutical services sectors.
• Network/track record in European GLP-1 peptide sales.
• Demonstrated success in closing complex, high-value technical service agreements.
• Fluency in one or more European languages is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the European business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Lead alongside global leadership to increase market share in GLP-1 manufacturing markets.
• Win new business and manage relationships with medium to large pharma.
• Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients within Europe and additional global markets.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through contract execution.
