Job summary

TSP Talent Solutions seeks a senior commercial leader to drive strategic growth across Europe, with hands-on experience winning new business in the GLP-1 space. This remote-based role requires managing a global BD team, expanding into new markets, and strengthening relationships with mid-to-large pharma clients.

Ideal candidates have a Life Sciences degree (MBA preferred), a proven BD track record in CDMO/pharma services, and fluency in European languages.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor-level life sciences degree required; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record in BD within CDMO/pharma services and GLP-1 space.
• Experience closing high-value technical service agreements with pharma.

Responsibilities

• Lead European BD strategy to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and pursue new business with mid-to-large pharma clients.
• Strengthen relationships with existing strategic accounts across Europe.
• Collaborate with global leadership on market expansion and pricing.
• Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle, forecasting, and CRM reporting.
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings; travel as needed.
