TSP Talent Solutions, part of Syneos Health, seeks a senior commercial leader to drive European BD in the CDMO space. This remote role focuses on winning new business with mid-to-large pharma, expanding strategic client relationships, and accelerating commercial growth in Europe and beyond.

The ideal candidate has a life sciences degree with an MBA or equivalent, a proven GLP-1 sales track record, and a strong European network. Travel and senior-level collaboration with global teams are required.

Formación

• Experience in business development within CDMO/pharma services.
• Network/track record in European GLP-1 peptide sales.
• Fluency in one or more European languages is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute European BD strategy to hit revenue targets.
• Win new business and manage strategic accounts in biotech/pharma.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with operations, PM, and exec teams.
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
• Manage travel for domestic and international opportunities.
