Job summary

TSP Talent Solutions seeks a senior commercial leader to drive European business development in the CDMO space, focusing on GLP-1 and life-science clients. This remotely based role reports to executive leadership and aims to identify, pursue, and secure new business while strengthening strategic client relationships.

Ideal candidates will have a track record in winning complex service agreements with mid-to-large pharma and demonstrate fluency in multiple European languages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related scientific discipline required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred."

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the European business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Win new business and manage relationships with medium to large pharma.
• Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients within Europe and other markets.
• Lead the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful proposals.
