Job summary

Taylor Strategy Partners is seeking a Senior Business Development Lead to drive growth across Europe for a rapidly expanding CDMO. This senior commercial leader will win new business with mid-to-large pharma, particularly in the GLP-1 space, and lead the established BD team.

The role is remote with international reach, reporting to executive leadership and focusing on identifying, pursuing, and securing opportunities while strengthening client relationships across biotech and pharma sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related scientific discipline required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the European BD strategy to achieve annual revenue and growth objectives.
• Increase market share in the GLP-1 manufacturing markets.
• Win new business and manage relationships with medium to large pharma.
• Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients within assigned European territory and additional global markets as directed.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through contract execution.
• Expand and deepen relationships with existing strategic accounts.
