Job summary

Taylor Strategy Partners is seeking a Senior Business Development Lead, a senior commercial leader based remotely in Europe to drive growth in CDMO services, especially in GLP-1 peptide programs. The role leads the established BD team and reports to executive leadership.

You will identify and win new business with mid to large pharma, expand strategic accounts, and oversee the full sales lifecycle across Europe and international markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field is required.
• MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience in BD within CDMO, peptide, oligonucleotide, or pharma services.
• Network in European GLP-1 peptide sales.
• Fluent in European languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the European BD strategy to meet revenue objectives.
• Win new business and manage relationships with medium to large pharma.
• Lead full sales lifecycle from lead to contract.
• Collaborate with technical, PM, operations, and exec teams.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
