• 10+ years of experience in a pure estimating role with a main contractor.
• Proven sector experience in New Build or Refurbishment projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost plans and pricing for tenders valued from £1m-£10m.
• Attend pre-tender, site, and post-tender meetings.
• Produce BOQ's, take offs, full cost plans, and target cost reporting.

Skills

10 years+ experience in estimating

Experience in New Build and/or Refurbishment projects

Negotiation skills

Education

Degree or HND/HNC in a Construction related subject
