Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading maintenance operations in a large estate or public-sector environment.
• Mechanical background preferred with relevant trade or engineering qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Estates & Facilities maintenance function.
• Manage planned and reactive maintenance programmes.
• Implement robust Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) and Health & Safety procedures.
• Oversee Building Management Systems (BMS) and asset records.
• Drive energy efficiency and carbon-reduction initiatives.
• Oversee contractors, budget, and projects.
