• Lead the delivery of major digital railway, rolling stock and asset renewal programmes.
• Drive programme governance, risk management, financial performance and stakeholder engagement.
• Embed transformational change, ensuring new systems transition to BAU.
• Build relationships across GTR, Network Rail and industry partners.
