Freightliner Group Ltd is seeking an ERTMS Programme Manager to lead the Freightliner IML ERTMS strategy across Crewe and other sites. You will align with Network Rail, manage budgets, and coordinate internal teams with third-party partners to deliver critical digital railway upgrades on time and within budget.

The role requires strong governance, programme leadership and stakeholder management in a safety-critical environment.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of ERTMS/digital signalling desirable.
• Understanding of rail operations, engineering and system integration.
• Ability to shape delivery strategy in a complex external environment.
• Strong commercial acumen: contracting, funding and cost control.

Aufgaben

• Define and recommend ERTMS delivery strategy for Freightliner IML.
• Translate national developments into Freightliner IML strategy.
• Ensure alignment with commercial, operational and engineering priorities.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end project plans with milestones.
• Establish governance, RAID logs and escalation frameworks.
• Lead the Freightliner IML ERTMS team across internal and third-party partners.
