A leading ERP solutions provider is seeking a Senior Account Executive to enhance its sales team in the UK. This role involves prospecting new customers and guiding them through the sales process for ERP solutions. You will engage with multiple stakeholders and must possess strong sales cycle knowledge and experience in ERP or SaaS sales. The position requires leadership interaction, self-direction, and a commitment to achieving revenue targets, alongside participation in industry events.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in an Account Executive or Business Development role.
  • Proven experience selling ERP, software, or SaaS solutions into SMB or mid-market organisations.
  • Strong objection handling, negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify and sell Merlin ERP into a defined UK territory.
  • Own revenue targets including new logo acquisition.
  • Execute a structured, consultative sales process.
