Job summary

Michael Page HR is partnering with a multi-site organisation to recruit an experienced ER Advisor who will own complex employee relations matters, advise managers, and ensure compliance.

You will report to the HR Director, provide practical guidance on disciplinary and grievance procedures, and coach across levels of the business in a hybrid pattern with three days in the office.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in an ER-focused HR Advisor or Senior ER role.
  • Practical, commercially minded and solutions-focused.
  • Experience handling employee relations cases from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • TUPE experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
  • Experience within logistics, transport, aviation, manufacturing, facilities, hospitality, healthcare or similar sector advantageous.

Responsibilities

Our client is a well-established and growing organisation operating across multiple sites in a fast-paced, operational environment. Due to continued growth and restructuring, they are looking to strengthen their HR team with an experienced ER Advisor.

Job Offer

Salary: Up to £45,000

Location: Woking

Working pattern: Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office
