Job summary

WSP is seeking an Associate/Associate Director/Technical Director to join its Environmental Consents team in the UK. You will direct and lead environmental teams across multidisciplinary inputs to energy and infrastructure projects, driving delivery, recruitment, bidding, and financial management.

Qualifications

• Relevant environmental / planning degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrable experience in EIA delivery for major water schemes.
• Proven line management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental teams and inputs to project designs and assessments.
• Direct and manage recruitment, bidding, and project delivery.
• Drive growth through new client relationships and cross-selling.
• Oversee quality, health and safety across projects.
• Build client relationships and identify resourcing and scheduling opportunities.
• Develop innovative techniques such as Digital EIA and Future Ready EIA.
