Darktrace in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer who acts as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers, prospects, sales teams, and partners across the lifecycle. You will lead discovery, design, demos, and executive presentations, drive technical strategy, and guide POV engagements to measurable outcomes while supporting large-scale deployments across on-premises and cloud.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Experience in cybersecurity, AI, cloud security, networking, or related fields.
• Proven ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders, including C-level audiences.
• Experience with channel partners, resellers, and alliance organizations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted technical advisor to Enterprise prospects, customers, and strategic partners.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and executive-level presentations.
• Drive technical strategy and influence deal progression to maximize customer value.
• Scope, lead, and guide POV engagements with clear success criteria.
• Support deployments across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success, Professional Services, and TAMs.
• Partner with resellers and alliance teams to identify opportunities and enablement.
• Deliver technical responses to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
• Travel as needed to support customers, partners, events, and internal meetings.
