Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a Technical Success Manager to combine deep technical insight with customer advocacy and commercial awareness. • Fluency in German and English is essential.
• 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as CS/TSM/Support.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customer security and IT teams.
• Create practical technical success plans to drive adoption and value.
• Identify high-value use cases that embed the platform in daily security operations.
• Monitor product usage and health indicators to spot adoption gaps and risks.
• Guide customers from deployment to active use, accelerating time-to-value.
• Lead mitigation planning for blockers and operational gaps.
• Provide technical health insights for renewal readiness and growth discussions.
• Surface opportunities for expansion in partnership with account teams.
• Champion feedback from technical users to internal teams.
