Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience implementing cyber defense tools and protecting networks.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in post-sales deployments and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment projects to meet or exceed Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
• Manage and resolve customer support tickets and technical issues.
• Facilitate cross-team communication between sales, success and operations.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on designs.
