Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a Senior Account Executive in the United Kingdom to drive new business growth within assigned territories, expanding strategic accounts and closing high-value deals. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation, collaborating with Technical and Customer Success teams, and engaging with C-level stakeholders to deliver value-based cybersecurity solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outbound B2B sales experience in complex software or solution selling.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience closing high-value deals (six- to seven-figure) in cyber security SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of value-based and consultative selling approaches.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar structured sales methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets through new customer acquisition and expansion.
• Identify and drive new business opportunities via proactive outbound prospecting and targeted account strategies.
• Manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles with executive and technical decision-makers.
• Develop and execute account plans with Technical and Customer Success teams to drive upsell and renewals.
• Lead negotiations and contract discussions through to successful closure.
