Job summary

Plexus is seeking a senior professional to lead account relationships and drive profitable Engineering Solutions engagements across sectors/regions. You will collaborate with Go-to-Market partners and site personnel to develop and win PLXS-ENG opportunities, leveraging deep engineering services capabilities.

The role focuses on building long-term client relationships, driving revenue growth, and shaping service offerings while aligning with Plexus core mission and ONE Plexus principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with 8 or more years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new Plexus customers by winning profitable PLXS-ENG engagements.
• Grow/retain existing Plexus customers by winning profitable PLXS-ENG revenue (recurring revenue).
• Build/maintain long-term customer relationships as a trusted advisor with measurable contributions to growth and profitability.
• Influence/drive the evolution of PLXS-ENG service offerings and go-to-market models through VOC, market trends, and ROI input.
